The TEIQue Big Five works on the same principle as TEIQue-DISC®: it's a Big Five personality report derived directly from existing TEIQue scoring, rather than a separate assessment. Because both DISC and the Big Five are, in effect, psychometric subsets of Trait Emotional Intelligence, LPL is able to extract a genuine Big Five profile from data a respondent has already generated, with no additional questions or separate administration required.
